Payment works as follows: R12 500 - Payment : 25% at the start of the project. 25% once 1/3 done , 25% 2/3 done, and the final 25% once completed. Once the payment period is completed the app belongs to you and there is no additional fees further. App projects gets completed within 8 - 12 weeks.
